USA, UK or other European countries ki multinational companies Payoneer se pay kar deti han, Lekin us k liye as a third party kisi freelancing company ki services lena parhti han.
At this condition, PayPal hi ek wahid payment gateway hai, Jis k through ap na sirf multinational companies se balky individual payments globally send or receive kar sakty han, Jis ki main reason Buyer or merchant donon k liye PayPal ki complete payment protection hai.

Ye sub to PayPal k achy facts han, Lekin bad fact ye hai k Pakistan k liye PayPal apni services provide nai karta, Is liye bohut se freelancing or online business man payments receive karny k liye kisi other country ka real ya fake PayPal account use karty han.
Pakistan me PayPal ka Real account esa account hota hai, Jo abroad me relative, friend ya kisi other third person k real name par open kia jata hai or PayPal limitation ki soorat me us ki personal details PayPal ko provide ki ja sakti han.
PayPal Fake account esa account hota hai, Jo internet se information le kar kisi bhi fake name, email or address par open karwa kar use kia jata hai or zaroorat parhny par virtual card, bank or phone number k through verify bhi karwaya ja sakta hai.
Anyway, PayPal account real ho ya fake, Payments send or receive to ki ja sakti han, Lekin withdraw k liye PayPal kisi bhi Pakistani bank ya credit card ko accept nai karta. Esi soorat me, Bohut se Freelancers PayPal payments ko online shopping k liye use karty han ya kisi national ya multi-national ex-changer ko sell kar dety han, Jis k liye ap hum se bhi contact kar sakty han, Lekin me ap ko us ka bhi alternate btana chahta hon, Jo ek complete account setup hai, Jis k through PayPal ko verify kia ja sakta hai or payments bhi withdraw karwae ja sakti han.
New Way to Withdraw PayPal Payments:
PayPal k different countries k account k liye different rules or policies hain, USA, Canada or most of European countries k PayPal account se payment withdraw karny k liye ap ka account bank verified hona zaroori hai, Jo ap “Cheapvba“, “Openvcc” or “Cheapvccs” jesi sites se buy kar sakty han.
Lekin bohut se small countries esy han, Jin k PayPal account me sirf credit card verification k bad payment usi card me withdraw ki ja sakti hai, Jis k liye hum Entropay ka virtual card use karty han or after its verification, You can easily withdraw money from your PayPal account.
Is purpose k liye ap Chile, UAE, Kuwait, Israel or isi tarha k small countries k PayPal account use kar sakty han, Lekin in account me “Send Money as fnf” ki option nai hoti.
Verify PayPal with Entropay:
First of all, To get your virtual credit card, You need to sign up at: http://entropay.com
Verify your entropay account to upgrade into premier by giving your original scanned CNIC and Utility bill or bank statement for address verification.
After verification within 3 working days, You can create your own virtual credit cards as many as you want, But after creating a VCC, You’ve to top up a small amount (Minimum $5) into the VCC to activate it.
You should Apply for UBL Wiz Internet Card to add money into the VCC to activate it.
When you top up and activate your VCC, You can easily find 16 digits credit card, expiration date and pin code to link with your PayPal account.
Now you need to wait for three business days to VCC statement, Where PayPal provide verification code with a small deduction (will refund within 3 days).
Just enter verification code into the PayPal account and it’ll be verified successfully.
Withdraw Money from PayPal to Local Bank:
After verification, You can withdraw money from PayPal into the VCC and then transfer into the Local bank account, But Entropay deduct a big amount to transfer payments into your local bank account in Pakistan.
For this purpose, You can create a skrill account, Link your entropay VCC and verify it.
After verification, Top up all money from VCC to your Skrill account.
Get your Payoneer or Local Bank account IBAN & Swift code to link on skrill.
Now you can withdraw all payments into the Payoneer or your Local bank account.
Conclusion:
I created this setup for many PayPal users, Who don’t face any issue during its setup except the name. I mean, Your name for PayPal account and Entropay account must be same to receive money into the VCC, Otherwise Entropay team may apply some restrictions.
Beside of, within payment processing, The problem is transaction fee, Because all payment processor deduct their transaction fee, So after withdrawal $100 from PayPal, You’ll receive around 8700 in the Local bank account, But after this setup, You don’t need to request any exchanger to buy PayPal dollar.
You can also sell Entropay VCC to other PayPal users online to verify their PayPal accounts.
At this situation, We’ve searched and found another method to withdraw PayPal payments from PayPal to Local Bank account, as given bellow;
Get PayPal Payments Via Freelancing Sites:
PayPal account ko Entropay VCC se verify karny k bad ap apni payment apny freelancer account me bhi send kar sakty han, Jis k liye Upwork.com, Guru.com ya isi tarha ki kisi other freelancing same site par 2 accounts create karen, Jis k liye ap k pas vpn hona chahye, But alternatively, You can use “Browsec” browser, Which through you may connect with US IP.
First fake account Browsec ya VPN k through USA ya kisi European country ka create kar k us k sath apna VCC verified PayPal account link karen or Koi bhi easy si job post kar den.
Second account apny real IP or name par create karen or usy payment receive karny k liye Payoneer se link kar den.
Ab Apny real account se freelancing site par wo job search karen, Jo ap ne first account se post ki thi or apply kar den, Lekin apply karny se pehly ap ko apna profile set karna ho ga ta k ap us job k liye qualify kar saken. First account me Easy job post karny ka purpose yehi hai k ap ko apny real account se usy apply karny me koi difficulty na ho.[AdSense-A]
Now open first fake account using the same USA or European IP and provide job approval with recurring payments on weekly or monthly basis, as much you may earn payment into PayPal account to withdraw.
You’ve all set. Now You just need to create an invoice from your Real account weekly or monthly for your job and pay from your second fake account using your PayPal account linked with it.
Conclusion:
Mostly freelancing sites deduct 7% as transaction fee and 1% deduct ACH being loaded funds in your Payoneer account. In this case, You’ll receive around 9200 PKR being withdrawn $100.
After getting payment into the Payoneer Account, You can Get Cash from Atm Machines of Samba Bank, MCB or SCB, Which deduct 200 to 300 PKR on single transaction. Beside of, You can also Transfer payments from Payoneer to your local bank account easily.
