Based on personal experience and thousands of PayPal users in Pakistan and Middle East Countries, I want to clear unfair game, Which PayPal is playing with all Muslim community.
Our Payments are not secure at even a verified PayPal account, because they limit any account without prier notice, Then we cannot withdraw our money before 180 days, So we can use PayPal just for small payments, But when we transfer more than 100K, they verify our business details, Which is not possible for us to provide all legit details according their rules like; Business Trademark, NTN, Tax Id for business etc., As they did not accept these details in many conditions from third world countries especially Muslim countries like Pakistan, Which make us clear, that they cannot give us any chance to make a progressive nation.
After checking many PayPal account from different countries, I get the experience that; There is not any legal source, Which through we can Withdraw Money from PayPal, As PayPal did not provide any option here to attach a local bank or debit/credit/master or visa card, So I searched possible illegal ways, sharing some best here;
PayPal Verifications:
User cannot permanently use PayPal to withdraw money without 100% Verification process, Which is not a simple step, You can see all its details bellow;
Attach a Bank Account
Adding a bank account with PayPal is not so necessary, As it’s recommended to withdraw money from PayPal with minimum fee. In our region, PayPal did not accept local bank, So I searched all over the world and saw that; For security reasons, mostly banks did not provide an account to non-resident person. It’s means’ You’ve to travel to that country, Where you want to open your bank account, As you can see in Pakistan too, popular banks did not open a new account without verify your personal details like; National Identity Card, Registered Trademark & NTN (National Tax Number) for business account and id card, latest salary slip & company letterhead for employes, Although, Pakistan did not complies with the legal security matters to get PayPal services.
To get a US account, You have to go to the bank in person with identification, and you have to be accompanied by someone who has a physical US address. You need to be in US, but don’t need to be a citizen or resident. You can do it just in traveling. The only thing is that you need to give them a US address, Where You will receive your Welcome Pack within 7-10 business days of the account opening. This includes the account disclosures, signature card with account number and other information about your account. Your Checkbook or Debit/Credit/ATM card will be sent to the account address separately usually within 7 to 10 business days.
I recently asked this question at Bank of America on behalf of a friend who lives there and was interested in opening my US bank account, So they told their Online Forum to apply for a new checking or saving account.
You can try ING Group Services at their supported countries to open a foreign bank account with their Debit/Visa Card, Where you can go yourself or have a friend & family member to receive your bank account details.
Address Verification through Debit Card
You can use virtual debit/master cards to verify PayPal account, You can also withdraw money to virtual cards, But it can use just for online shopping. You cannot get cash through atm.
It can suitable for you, If you mostly shop online, Here are some companies, which provide virtual cards to verify PayPal and buy products from worldwide online stores like; Ebay, Amazon etc.

Actually, Getting a verified PayPal account is not difficult, because You can get VCC (Virtual Credit Card) VBA (virtual Bank Account) of USA or European Countries for online shopping and verification purpose, But If you’re merchant, developer or freelancers, You must need to withdraw PayPal payments through debit/master card or bank account, Which is not possible via VCC or VBA.
Now As I said, You cannot withdraw cash through VCC and PayPal did not accept local bank or local debit/credit/master/atm cards in Pakistan, So all you need is to create a real account in America, Many European Countries like; UK, Germany, France, Ireland, Poland, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium etc and East Asian Countries like; India, Australia, China, Korea, Malaysia, Japan, Philippines etc, Where PayPal accept local banks for withdrawal. Your Bank will also issued you a debit/atm card, So you can transfer money from PayPal to your foreign bank and then withdraw cash through their issued debit/credit/atm card from local atm machines in all regions, Where PayPal did not provide its services.
Email & Phone Verification
You know, Email verification is very simple, So you can verify it easily, But phone verification is not so simple, As you’ve to add your friend or family member’s phone number with your PayPal, Who lives in foreign, Otherwise you can also get USA VPN (Virtual Phone Number) to verify your account, but I want to clear that; phone verification is not vary, When you’re using PayPal with “True Flag”, Which means your default IP (Internet Protocol), Which through you’re using PayPal from beginning. You can use PayPal with “Wrong Flag”, Because mostly, PayPal verify your ip, when you try to send money or change account details like; name, phone, address, email etc.
Business Verification:
This is an important part of PayPal verification, because when you’ll get payments more that 100k from your business account(which is not possible from personal account), You’ve to face PayPal verification for your business.
Actually, PayPal mentioned all restrictions, Which we cannot do to use PayPal, But I think, PayPal should have a list of legal categories, Which we can select for business type, because most of business account have been permanently blocked due to involved in violation.
After clear all above verification steps, You can Get Full 100% US Business Verified PayPal Account to withdraw money from PayPal in Pakistan, But if you cannot do so, You can also Buy 100% Full or Business Verified PayPal Account.
Author’s Point of View:
You should not use PayPal account through any proxy, ip changer software, VPN or VPS, As I already stated at my last post that’ PayPal is not blocked in Pakistan, Just they did not provide yet their services here, Which may possible in our future or in our children’s life. I Hope!
